I’m kind of regretting this purchase. Getting the prescription sorted was way more of a hassle than I expected, and when I reached out for help, support didn’t really do much. It ended up feeling like more stress than it was worth

We tried Neocate for my baby after it was recommended, and wow, the little “miracle formula” did not feel very miraculous over here. The stool changes hit fast, went from normal to super loose, weird-smelling, and just genuinely unpleasant to deal with.
I get that every baby reacts differently, but this turned into full-time diaper chaos for us, sponsored by the “why is this happening” club. It was stressful enough that we stopped, it just didn’t feel worth it for our baby.

I ordered from neocate.com and was surprised when the cans arrived with such short dates on them. It just felt like I was getting older stock, which was disappointing. For how much this stuff costs, I really expected fresher cans, not something I’d have to hurry up and use. I just expected more, especially for the price.

I reached out hoping for a quick, helpful answer, but apparently my message decided to take the scenic route. When I finally got a useful reply, it was fine, just a lot slower than I expected.

The scoop drives me a little crazy. It’s always buried somewhere in the powder, and by the time I dig it out, my hands are messy and I’m already irritated.

Making bottles hasn’t been much better. The powder clumps up more than I expected, so I end up shaking it forever, and even then I’ll still notice little bits floating around.

For the price, I really thought this would feel easier. When I’m tired and just trying to make a bottle quickly, the whole thing feels way more frustrating than it should

I was trying to choose the right neocate for my toddler, but the age guidance didn’t feel very clear. From my experience comparing the options, I still wasn’t confident which one made sense for my kid’s stage, so it ended up being more confusing than helpful.

I really wanted Neocate to be the thing that finally helped us, but it just didn’t go that way. After a few days my baby seemed even gassier and more bloated, his tummy looked so tight, and he was crying so much after feeds that I kept second-guessing everything and wondering if we just needed to wait it out a little longer.
We mixed it exactly how the directions said and gave it a fair try, but it never really calmed down for him, and it ended up feeling so stressful because it was pricey, we were tired, he was uncomfortable, and I kept hoping each bottle would be the one where things turned around but it just didn’t happen for us

I’ll give neocate.com some credit — when the formula is actually in stock, ordering is straightforward. But that doesn’t happen often enough for us. The one we need seems to be out of stock way too much, and there’s usually not much clear info about when it’ll be back. For something babies rely on, it’s really stressful. I keep ending up on other sites at the last minute trying to find it, which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering directly.

Not gonna lie, the transition was a bit of a mess. My baby just wasn’t having it at all and pretty much hated it from the start.

This ended up being really grainy and weirdly thick no matter how long I shook it. My kid kept refusing it, and I can’t really blame them because the lumps just wouldn’t go away. I reached out and got one of those canned apology responses, which was more annoying than helpful. I just wanted something that mixed properly.

We gave Neocate a try because we were really hoping it might help with my baby’s tummy issues, but unfortunately it just didn’t work out for us...

After a few bottles, he was super gassy and seemed uncomfortable almost all day. His poop changed too, and he was crying a lot more than usual after feeds, which was hard to watch...

I know formulas can be so different from baby to baby, but digestion-wise this was a bad fit for us. We stopped using it, and over time things slowly started getting better...

I tried this for about two weeks and kept watching for any pattern or small improvement, but my baby’s colic stayed pretty much the same. The nights were still rough, and I couldn’t connect it to any better stretches of sleep or calmer evenings. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t worth it for us

My order showed up with the box all crushed, and the can inside had a dent in it. The seal didn’t look clean either, which didn’t make me feel too great about it. For what this costs, I can’t say I wasn’t expecting better packaging

I totally understand that a special formula is going to cost more than regular formula, but come on now, the prices on neocate.com feel seriously high. Between the cans and shipping, it added up so fast. We needed it for our baby, so of course we paid for it, but it was stressful every single time we had to reorder. It just doesn’t feel like a fair value, and I really wish there were better pricing or more support for families who rely on it.

I tried this hoping it would help with weight gain, but I didn’t see any difference. A friend had recommended it to me, so I had high hopes, but it just didn’t work for us.

There just isn’t much to choose from. I was expecting at least a decent variety, but the selection is really limited and kind of disappointing. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to find something and everything feels like the same few options.
